Can I start without a detailed specification?

Yes. Tell me who the product is for, what needs to change and what is already in place. We begin by defining the goal and a suitable first version.

How is the first version defined?

We agree the business goal, main user journey, necessary data and criteria for the result. Pages, functions, integrations and checks follow from these decisions. Timing and cost depend on this scope.

What do AI tools change?

They help implement and revise code. I make product decisions, design the interface and personally check the result. The tools are selected for the project requirements.

Can services be combined?

Yes, when they serve the same task. A website may lead to a customer service, and an MVP may develop into a product. We agree which result comes first and what is needed for it.
